Quality and documents

The quality of the product we sell is the guarantee behind our price. We write quality values into the contract as figures and supply the documents the destination market requires as a normal part of the trade.

Specification

We put quality in numbers.

In food, "first quality" is not a value. We write the product's measurable parameters into the contract and have them measured by an independent body at loading.

Wheat
Protein, moisture, test weight, falling number, foreign matter
Pulses
Size grade, moisture, broken and foreign grain ratio, color
Vegetable oil
Free fatty acids, peroxide value, moisture and volatile matter
Nuts
Size grade, moisture, aflatoxin limit, defective kernel ratio
Meat and seafood
Slaughter and freezing dates, core temperature, cut specification, shelf life
Dairy
Fat and dry matter content, microbiological criteria, shelf life
